Our Story

Lender's Foreclosure Services was established  in 1991, just when real estate market slipped into a deep correction. Our core business since day one has been processing non-judicial foreclosures for institutional  and private lenders. Over time, our service scope has expanded to encompass solutions to various problems arising from different stages of loan default management. We now offer services in deed in-lieu of foreclosure, loan forbearance or modification, short sales, sales of non-performing loans, senior lien and bankruptcy monitoring, property inspection, post foreclosure evictions, management and marketing of REO properties.
